Parents/Guardians School Survey
As part of our SACS Accreditation External Review process, each school is required to solicit feedback from parents/community, staff, and students in grades 5-12. Your feedback is important to us individually as a school as well as systemically as a diocese. Please take a few moments to complete the brief survey. The students will do their survey in school.
The survey will be available until 12:00 pm Wendesday, January 18th, 2017. It should only take a few moments to complete. One survey should be completed per family per school. If you have two or more children in one school, please complete one survey. However, if you have children attending different schools within the Diocese, please complete one survey per school.
