Diamonds and Denim Jubilee
Event Itinerary
Attire. May we suggest that you wear your best denim jeans, sparkly accents and “diamond” bling!
Location. The TD Convention Center is located at One Exposition Drive Greenville (enter as is on GPS). Park at the TD Convention Center area (NOT the Conference Center side) and look for the Ballroom Parking signs. Enter at the Ballroom Entrance. Escalators and elevator are available.
6:30-7:30 p.m. / Silent Auction and Lucky Chance Game
These events will take place in the “Denim Park” area in the front hall of the Ballroom. Light hors d’oevres and beverages will be served.
Lucky Chance Game: purchase one ticket for $1 or 12 tickets for $10. Fill out your ticket and choose the prize you would like to win! Silent auction area will be closed down in sections.
7:45 p.m. / Diamond Gala Dinner
The dining room opens at 7:45 p.m. (It will not be accessible for early seating due to food preparation and set-up). Some tables have been reserved for sponsors and tables of 10. Please be seated in the unoccupied seats for the plated dinner.
8:30-9:15 p.m. / Live Auction and Sister Catherine’s Scholarship Fund–a–Need
Funds raised are for school operations and scholarships. Checkout is at the registration desk in the lobby. Visa, MasterCard, check and cash accepted. ATM available onsite.
Enjoy the remainder of the evening with more food, fellowship, dancing and entertainment until 11:30 p.m.!
